Ira W. McDonald, 79, was a very accomplished insurance agent with Bankers Life and Casualty. He was raised in Medford, OR and resided in Central Oregon for the past 44 years. Ira enjoyed many activities throughout his life. In his early years he was an up- and-coming boxer. His later years were filled with the enjoyment of fishing and hunting. He is survived by his wife; 3 children; 6 grand- children; and 4 great-grand- children. A memorial will be held 3:00 p.m. June 14 at Mountain View Fellowship Church, in Redmond.
