• The Central Oregon Council on Aging named Gary Horning Volunteer of the Month for May 2014. Horning has volunteered as a Bend Meals on Wheels driver since retiring from Bend-La Pine Schools. He has lived in Bend for 54 years and is married to his wife, Shirley.

• Pam Bell , a broker with Windermere in Bend, received the Accredited Buyer’s Rep-resentation designation from the Real Estate Buyer’s Agent Council of the National Association of Realtors.
