• Federal, state, county and city offices will be closed for Independence Day, and no mail will be delivered.

• The Deschutes Public Library system will be closed. The Jefferson and Crook County libraries will be closed.

• Central Oregon Community College will be closed.

• Most bank branches will be closed.

• Most Central Oregon liquor stores will be open.
