NE Smith Rock Way in Terrebonne will be closed to through traffic from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. Monday and Tuesday for removal of poplar trees along the roadway. There will be a detour via NE 17th Street to NE Wilcox Avenue to NE 33rd Street.
