A hearings officer for the city of Bend expects to issue a decision Tuesday on OSU-Cascades’ land use application for the first, 10-acre phase of the new university campus at Southwest Century Drive and Chandler Avenue in Bend. This first phase is supposed to accommodate a student population of approximately 1,900.

The hearings officer expected to issue a decision Friday, but the city announced in a press release Friday that the decision will instead likely come out on Tuesday.
