Central Oregon trail update

Published 12:00 am Wednesday, September 10, 2014

There’s been little change on the trails as we approach fall weather. Shorter daylight hours and lower temperatures are setting in, so be sure to be prepared for unexpected delays.

Weekend use will continue to be moderate to high on the trails with good weather. There’s a possibility for new blowdown on trails with incoming fall storms, and we’ll likely see the occasional snow at higher elevations as the weeks progress.
