Crews clear the site Monday near NW Mt. Washington Drive for the next phase of River’s Edge Village, in Bend. Phase XVI calls for 30 residential lots, including 19 that back up to the ninth fairway of River’s Edge Golf Course. Taylor Northwest is scheduled to complete improvements by the end of the year, with lot sales starting in early 2015, according to Gary Cox, general manager of River’s Edge Property Development LLC.
