Criminal mischief — An act of criminal mischief was reported at 10:51 a.m. Sept. 10, in the 400 block of NE Dekalb Avenue.

Theft — A theft was reported at 2:54 p.m. Sept. 10, in the 63400 block of NW U.S. Highway 97.

Theft — A theft was reported at 2:15 p.m. Sept. 10, in the area of NE Third Street.

Oregon State Police

DUII — Jenna Gayle Eisenberg, 29, was arrested on suspicion of driving under the influence of intoxicants at 1:08 a.m. Sept. 10, in the area of Third Street and Division Street.

DUII — Teresa Marie Ives, 50, was arrested on suspicion of driving under the influence of intoxicants at 8:06 a.m. Sept. 10, in the area of Abbott Road and S. Century Drive.
