Cascade School of Music will be offering a new band program for adults who are either beginners or returning to an instrument they have forgotten how to play.

The class, following the principles of Cascade Horizon Band, operates on the premise that anyone can learn to play an instrument and have fun in a supportive setting.

The band is open to adults wanting to play a woodwind or brass instrument, including flute, clarinet, saxophone, trumpet, trombone, French horn or baritone horn, no experience necessary. The class begins Sept. 30.
