Gus McConnell, with Trac Towing, tries to free a truck from an embankment so he can tow it after a two-vehicle accident on Monday evening in Bend. The crash occurred at the intersection of NW Portland Avenue and NW Ninth Street, when one vehicle ran the stop sign. A passenger in the truck was transported to St. Charles.
