The Heart of Oregon Corps program will move out of the Edwin Brown Education Center in Redmond this fall, the Redmond School District said.

The Corps’ Stewardship and Youthbuild programs have been housed at the education center for five years. The Stewardship program will now be based in the corps’ Bend office, while the Youthbuild program will most likely be in Cloverdale in partnership with the Sisters School District. The corps will provide students with transportation to the new Stewardship program location.

Limitation of space at the education center and the growing needs of the Redmond district are causing the program to move.
