With three candidates for three seats on the City Council, election night offered little drama for voters in Prineville.
Incumbent Councilors Jack Seley and Stephen Uffelman will return to the council along with newcomer Jeff Papke, a former high school teacher who now serves as executive director of Cascades East Area Health Education Center.
As in the council races, Prineville Mayor Betty Roppe ran unopposed for re-election and won a second four-year term.
Seley was appointed to the council to fill a vacancy in 2007 and won his first four-year term in 2010.
Uffelman, who served four terms as Prineville mayor, won his third term on the City Council.
