Jacqueline Burger Pearson passed away Oct 31, 2014, at her home in Bend. Jacqueline is the wife of Mark Pearson of Abington, Pennsylvania and the daughter of Leroy Burger and Lydia Kress Burger of Glenside, Pennsylvania. She grew up in Glenside with her parents, Roy and Lydia, her two sisters, Louise and Barbara, and her younger brother Leroy Jr.
After high school she attended Bloomsburg State College and graduated with a BS in education. She taught 1st and 2nd grade for 12 years while living on a farm in Collegeville Pennsylvania where she raised and boarded horses. Jacqueline always had the desire to be involved in medicine so she returned to school and received her Nursing degree after which she enjoyed working in a very active Emergency Room. In 2000 Jacqueline and Mark sold their farm and moved to Bend, Oregon, to enjoy their retirement with her horse, Touché, and her dogs and cats.
Jacqueline is survived by her husband Mark, sister Barbara and brother Leroy Jr.
Private family services will be held at a later date.
