Colton — Fortune

Lauren Colton, of Bend, and Cody Fortune, of Canby, were married July 26 at the Colton residence in Bend. A reception followed.

The bride is the daughter of David and Sylvia Colton, of Bend. She is a 2009 graduate of Bend High School and a 2014 graduate of Western Oregon University, where she received her master’s degree in education. She works as a fourth-grade teacher in the Lower Yukon School District.

The groom is the son of Oliver and Dixie Fortune, of Canby. He is a 2008 graduate of Canby High School and a 2014 graduate of Willamette University, where he received his master of arts and teaching. He works as a fifth-grade teacher in the Lower Yukon School District.

They honeymooned in Puerto Vallarta, Mexico.

They will settle in Alakanuk, Alaska.
