A budgie special

Cheap is a beautiful budgerigar, aka a budgie, looking for a new home, along with several other budgies. Cheap and friends don’t come with a cage, so you’ll need to have one. Fourteen of these happy little birds have already found homes. If you’re looking for a feathered friend, meet them at the Humane Society of the Ochocos. They’re running a special this week; they are Cheap!
