Anyone interested in purchasing a ready-to-build Redmond subdivision is encouraged to attend an open house from 6 to 9 p.m. Wednesday at Redmond City Hall, according to a news release from the Oregon Department of State Lands.

Forked Horn Subdivision is located at SW Yew and 45th avenues and has 63 finished lots and an adjacent 19.5 acres of bare land. Individual lots are not for sale, but the 63 lots and bare land may be sold separately.

The department acquired the property in 2009. It will be sold via request for proposals, which the department is accepting until 5 p.m. Jan. 19. Inquiries about the proposal process are available from John Russell at 503-986-5281 or john.russell@state.or.us.
