Garo Yepremian, 70: Former NFL kicker who helped the Miami Dolphins win consecutive NFL championships but is best remembered for a Super Bowl blooper. Died Friday in Media, Pennsylvania, of cancer.

John Lo Schiavo, 90: Reverend and former president of the University of San Francisco who presided over the university’s resurgence and a shutdown of its basketball program. Died Friday in Los Gatos, California.

Jacob Jensen, 89: Danish industrial designer who gave ultramodern, minimalist forms to high-end products including consumer electronics and kitchenware. Died Friday. His place of death was not reported.
