Thomas "Tony" Starr

The body of a missing Bend man was found on the city’s southern end, according to a Bend Police Department release.

Thomas Anthony “Tony” Starr, 46, was found dead on Saturday night. There is no suspicion of foul play and the investigation is no longer ongoing, police said. Police would not comment further on Sunday.

Friends and family of Starr first contacted police on May 13 after not having heard from Starr, who was a known transient, since May 9.
