DUII — Tiana McKevitt, 27, was arrested on suspicion of driving under the influence of intoxicants at 12:14 a.m. Sept. 30, in the area of Reed Market Road.

DUII — John Daniel Lee Eoriatti, 29, was arrested on suspicion of driving under the influence of intoxicants at 6:29 a.m. Sept. 30, in the 21100 block of Clairaway Avenue.

DUII — Marlene H. Gardner, 41, was arrested on suspicion of driving under the influence of intoxicants at 6:18 p.m. Sept. 30, in the 2600 block of NE Butler Market Road.

DUII — Timothy Edward Moody, 61, was arrested on suspicion of driving under the influence of intoxicants at 7:16 p.m. Sept. 30, in the area of NE Emerson Avenue and NE Second Street.

DUII — Pamela Jo Houser, 51, was arrested on suspicion of driving under the influence of intoxicants at 8:39 p.m. Sept. 30, in the 61000 block of Brosterhous Road.

Theft — A theft was reported at 9:53 a.m. Oct. 1, in the area of U.S. Highway 97 and U.S. Highway 20.
