Volcanic Theatre Pub owner and proprietor Derek Sitter returns tonight as everyone’s favorite misanthropic Macy’s elf, Crumpet, in the one-man, one-act holiday comedy “The Santaland Diaries,” written by David Sedaris and adapted for the stage by Joe Mantello.

The professional production opens at 7:30 tonight at VTP. Performances at 7:30 p.m. Thursday-Saturday through Dec. 19.

Admission is $12 in advance plus fees at www.bendticket.com, $15 at the door. VTP is located in the Century Center at 70 SW Century Drive in Bend.
