Suterra LLC in Bend has received an award for completing its third year of involvement in the Safety and Health Achievement Recognition Program, which provides an incentive for Oregon employers to work with their employees to find and correct hazards and develop and implement effective safety and health programs.

• Immersion Brewing, 550 SW Industrial Way, No. 185, Bend, applied Nov. 30 to the Oregon Liquor Control Commission for a brewpub license, which allows the manufacture and sale of malt beverages to wholesalers, and the sale of malt beverages, wine and cider for consumption on or off the premises.

• Looking Glass Imports & Cafe, 150 NE Bend River Mall Drive, Bend, applied Dec. 2 to the OLCC for an off-premises sales license, which allows the sale of malt beverages, wine and cider in factory-sealed containers for consumption off the licensed premises and allows approved licensees to offer sample tasting of malt beverages, wine and cider.

• Raganelli’s Take & Bake Pizza, 561 NE Bellevue Drive, Bend, applied Dec. 2 to the OLCC for an off-premises sales license, which allows the sale of malt beverages, wine and cider in factory-sealed containers for consumption off the licensed premises and allows approved licensees to offer sample tasting of malt beverages, wine and cider.

• Prineville Liquor & Tobacco, 1350 NE Third St., Prineville, applied Dec. 3 to the OLCC for an off-premises sales license, which allows the sale of malt beverages, wine and cider in factory-sealed containers for consumption off the licensed premises and allows approved licensees to offer sample tasting of malt beverages, wine and cider.

• The Ale Apothecary, 30 SW Century Drive, No. 160, Bend, applied Dec. 3 to the OLCC for a new outlet for a brewpub license, which allows the manufacture and sale of malt beverages to wholesalers, and the sale of malt beverages, wine and cider for consumption on or off the premises.

• Eurosports, 223 E. Hood Ave., Sisters, applied Dec. 1 to the OLCC, as an additional privilege, for an off-premises sales license, which allows the sale of malt beverages, wine and cider in factory-sealed containers for consumption off the licensed premises and allows approved licensees to offer sample tasting of malt beverages, wine and cider.

• Crow’s Feet Commons, 875 NW Brooks St., Bend, applied Dec. 3 to the OLCC, for a greater privilege, for a full on-premises commercial sales license, which allows the sale and service of distilled spirits, malt beverages and wine for consumption on the licensed premises.
