Oregon Adaptive Sports held its first Ski for All skiathon fundraiser.
Sit skiers, volunteers and instructors — nearly 100 participants in all — skied almost 1.6 million vertical feet at the Mt. Bachelor ski area on March 24. The effort raised $34,426.94 for Oregon Adaptive Sports. The Bend-based nonprofit helps more than 400 individuals with disabilities throughout Oregon have nearly 1,500 outdoor experiences.
