A private ceremony will take place in Lincoln City where he retired for the 20 year resident of Central Oregon.

Allen leaves behind his wife, Cheryle Varnado; daughter, Amanda Berry and husband, Brian Berry; son, Joshua Varnado and wife, Rebecca Varnado; grandchildren, Ashlea Varnado, Tasha Varnado, and Austin Varnado.
