Travelers flying out of Redmond Airport on Tuesday are being asked to arrive early due to a broken X-ray machine at the security checkpoint, the Transportation Security Administration said in an email.
Although repairs are being made, travelers are being asked to arrive two hours prior to their flight’s departure and to consider checking in luggage in order to reduce the volume of bags and personal items that would need to go through an X-ray machine, said Lorie Dankers, a TSA spokeswoman.
Dankers said the machine broke at 6 a.m. Tuesday.
