Arts grants — Several Central Oregon arts organizations have received 2019 Operating Support Grants from the Oregon Arts Commission. The amounts are as follows: BendFilm, $4,510; High Desert Chamber Music, $3,000; PLAYA (Summer Lake), $6,590; Sisters Folk Festival, $6,682; Sunriver Music Festival, $4,473; The High Desert Museum, $19,021; Tower Theatre Foundation; $3,500. The total amount of grant money issued across the state was $1,031,593.
