A busy week of live music ahead at Silver Moon Brewing

With three places for musicians to play — inside the pub, in a building next door and on a patio stage — Silver Moon Brewing can host a whole lot of music. And they’re doing exactly that this week. Here’s what’s planned:

On Thursday, Los Angeles-based and Idaho-rooted Americana jammer Jeff Crosby will return to town to play in the pub. The guy is a road warrior with a talent for making memorable country-rock. David Henry opens. 7 p.m. $15.

On Friday in that building next door – known as “The Garage” – Silver Moon will host jam-friendly rock band TEB, led by local songwriter Travis Ehrenstrom. The band is still celebrating the recent release of its new EP “Lady Luck.” Portland’s Lost Ox will also perform. 7 p.m. $15 in advance, $20 at the door.

Big ups forever to touring bills featuring bands from two very different stylistic worlds! On Saturday, the Silver Moon pub will host the ska- and thrash-influenced punk band Escape from the Zoo and eclectic hip-hop duo The Palmer Squares. Their common thread? Both are good. 7 p.m. $17.

Saturday night in The Garage marks the return of Tylor and the Train Robbers, Boise-based purveyors of alt-country, twang-rock, rollicking roots music and so on. These guys have more local fans than will fit in that space, so get a ticket while you can. 7 p.m. $18.

Sunday brings an outdoor patio show at Silver Moon featuring SoCal punk legends Agent Orange and Russian surf-rock band Messer Chups. The latter is fun and campy, and the former has been at it since 1979. 1979! That’s a long time ago. Long live punk rock. 6 p.m. $20.
