Michelle Healy has been named executive director of the Bend Park & Recreation District effective July 1. Healy has been with the district for 11 years and currently serves as the deputy executive director. She replaces Don Horton who will retire in October.

Carmina Morgado Alonso has been hired by the Latino Community Association as a client services coordinator. The association also hired Lucia Barragán Rodríguez as the development manager. In Madras, the association hired Samuel Vázquez Morales as the client services coordinator and Jeisis Mejía González for client services assistance.
