Libraries: Deschutes Public Library branches will be closed.

Mail: No service.

The Bulletin: No mail delivery but offices will be open and retail outlets will have single copies. 

State and city government offices: Closed.

Stock market: Closed.

Trash pickup: Operating as usual.
