Project details: Crystal Henderson, employee relations manager for SunWest Builders, said in an email that the general contractor is building two, two-story buildings with a total of 47,000 square feet. The two buildings under construction will serve as a mix of general and medical offices. Henderson said general offices in one of the buildings will be prioritized for high-end financial sector businesses, like investment bankers and financial advisers. The design features cross-laminated mass timber.

A third, 19,000-square-foot building in the space is already complete and occupied, although the first floor is undergoing tenant improvements, Henderson said. The building is 85% leased, with one space available. Financial adviser RBC Wealth Management is already operating out of the space.

Taylor Brooks, a partnership between Brooks Resources and Taylor Development, will have spaces available for lease in the other buildings when the project is fully completed. The courtyard and shell of those buildings are expected to be complete in spring of 2025.

Construction began in summer of 2022.
