Inez Eileen
(Donley) Dixon
Jan. 29, 1935 – Oct. 9, 2002
Inez Eileen (Donley) Dixon of Bend died Wednesday of natural causes.
She was 67.
A viewing was held.
Mrs. Dixon was born Jan. 29, 1935, in Willowlake, S.D.
She was a hostess at Ashley’s Cafe.
Mrs. Dixon was affiliated with the Bend Moose Lodge and the Bend Elks.
She was an avid sports fan and enjoyed crossword puzzles and Keno.
Survivors include her three sons, Lenny Tegland of Vancouver, Wash., and William Tegland and Don Dixon, both of Bend; one daughter, Shirley Moody of Bend; three brothers, Francis Donley of Portland, Vincent Donley of Newberg and Larry Donley of Salem; one sister, Marge Hayes of Joseph; and three grandchildren.
She was preceded in death by her parents, a brother and two sisters.
Memorial contributions may be made to Bend-La Pine Hospice.
Deschutes Memorial Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements.
Charles F. Capps
May 22, 1956 – Oct. 7, 2002
Charles F. Capps of Bend died Oct. 7 of cancer. He was 46.
A private service will be held.
Mrs. Capps was born May 22, 1956, in Oceanside, Calif. He lived in Bend for 35 years.
He enjoyed spending time with his children, taking drives, building models and remote control cars. Mr. Capps also enjoyed fishing, going to the coast and traveling.
Survivors include his son, Paul Moore of Bend; a daughter, Erica Miller of Bend; his parents, Lee and Dolores of Bend; and a brother, Mike of Idaho.
He was preceded in death by a sister.

Thelma Watilo
Jan. 24, 1914 – Oct. 10, 2002
Thelma Watilo of Salem died Thursday. She was 88.
A private service will be held.
Mrs. Watilo was born Jan. 24, 1914. She married Helmer Watilo on Dec. 23, 1941, in Chehalis, Wash.
She was affiliated with the Salem Chapter #162 Order of Eastern Star.
Survivors include her two sons, Bob of Salem and Don of La Pine; three grandchildren; and seven great-grandchildren.
