Arthur Dramen

Arthur Dramen of Bend died March 11 of natural causes. He was 70.
A memorial service will be held from noon to 3 p.m. March 20 at the BPOE Elks Lodge No. 1371.
Mr. Dramen was born on June 11, 1932, in Brooklyn, New York.
He served in the Army during World War II.
He owned and operated The Vision Center in Redmond.
Mr. Dramen was affiliated with the Eagles Lodge, Bend Golf Club, and BPOE Elks Lodge No. 1371.
He enjoyed playing golf, hunting, fishing, skiing and the outdoors.
Survivors include his three sons, Mark of Bend, Gordon of Buffalo, Minn., and Brian of Springfield; one daughter, Cheryl Castillo of Panama City, Panama; and four grandchildren.
He was preceded in death by his parents and a brother. Memorial contributions may be made to Central Oregon Hospice.
