Highlights – Matt Hilgers hit a two-run homer as part of Redmond’s six-run fifth inning as the Panthers (8-2) beat the Lava Bears (8-4) in the non-league game at Bend High. Tucker Knutz and Doug Tyalor each went two for three for Redmond, while Ian Hodge was two for three for Bend.

Travis Webster was two for three with an RBI double for the Hawks (0-2 Sky-Em, 4-6-1 overall). Elmira was held to three hits, but capitalized on five La Pine errors.
