Annie Mays and Anthony Laughlin plan to marry July 30 at Widgi Creek Golf Club in Bend.The future bride is the daughter of Ken and Jacque Mays of Bend. She graduated from Mountain View High School in 1999 and earned a degree in psychology from the University of Oregon. She is a graduate student at Azusa Pacific University, where she is studying marriage and family therapy.The future groom is the son of Cal Laughlin of Portland and Linda Kinville of Madras. He graduated from Lakeridge High School in Lake Oswego in 1996. He is a student at Pepperdine University and is studying psychology and philosophy.
