GILCHRIST – The host Grizzlies came out fired up, but quickly were overwhelmed in Skyline A League volleyball play, losing 25-16, 25-19 and 25-11 to Paisley.

The loss dropped Gilchrist to 2-6 in Skyline play.

Michelle Henry led the Grizzlies with 16 kills and 12 digs, while Katland Thompson registered 17 digs. Shelby Scevers also posted 12 digs and six kills.

Aleesha Hargraves was perfect serving, going seven for seven and Ashley Seiber added 11 kills.

Gilchrist is at Butte Falls today.
