Brian Liebman has joined Wells Fargo Home Mortgage in Bend as a private mortgage banker. Liebman previously worked for Pacific Residential Mortgage and Royal Bank of Canada. Julie Payer was selected as executive director of Central Oregon Mediation. Payer brings a background in nonprofit management including director of Marion-Polk Medical Society. COM is a community resolution center providing conflict resolution services to residents in Crook, Deschutes and Jefferson counties. The organization also hosts mediation training, workshops and facilitation.

Martha McNall and Tammy Paladeni have joined BBT Architects in Bend. McNall joins as senior CADD technician. She has 27 years of senior drafting experience on residential, commercial and industrial projects.

Paladeni will be marketing coordinator. She brings 15 years of marketing, public relations and graphic design experience. Paladeni holds a bachelor’s degree in fine arts from Marylhurst University. As marketing coordinator, she will be involved in the development of firm proposals, marketing materials, photography and presentations.
