Michelle Penny and Robert Wiley, both of Bend, plan to marry April 22 at Highland Baptist Church in Redmond.

The future bride is the daughter of Steve and Gena Penny of Redmond. She attended Redmond High School. She works as a freight coordinator for Sterling Transportation.

The future groom is the son of Ralph and the late Lorraine Wiley. He attended Bend High School. He works as a sales representative for Eoff Electric Supply.
