Zelfer - Rhoads

Jessie Zelfer and Andy Rhoads, both of Laramie, Wyo., plan to marry Aug. 19 at the Matthews Opera House in Spearfish, S.D.

The future bride is the daughter of Garry and LaVon Zelfer of Black Hawk, S.D. She is a 2000 graduate of Sturgis Brown High School in Sturgis, S.D., and a 2004 graduate of Black Hills State University, where she studied communication arts. She works as a graphic designer for Lincoln Printing in Laramie.

The future groom is the son of Jon and Pauline Rhoads of Bend. He is a 1996 graduate of Mountain View High School and a 2000 graduate of Gonzaga University, where he studied business. He works as the general sales manager at Laramie GM Auto Center.
