Kristine Pareira has joined Sage Insurance in Bend as an employee benefits specialist. Pareira was previously a benefits analyst in Seattle, holds a life/health license and has a bachelor’s degree in economics from Clarion University in Pennsylvania.

Sara Hobin has joined the marketing dept. in Bend as account manager. She has more than nine years of experience in account management.

Fran Willis, of Sisters, has been named vice president-marketing officer for the Oregon branches of Bank of the Cascades, including Central Oregon, Portland, Salem and Southern Oregon. Willis has more than 30 years of marketing, promotion and communications experience. She will work out of the corporate office in Bend.

Kasandra Reams, business liaison for Bend Memorial Clinic, was appointed to The Center Foundation board of directors. The Bend-based nonprofit organization benefits school-age youth in the areas of health, wellness, research and education in Deschutes County.

Brice Fristed, fundraiser and field sales manager for Great American Opportunities Inc., has relocated to Bend and made his educational fundraising services available to Deschutes, Lane, Washington and Walker counties.

Maralin Baidenmann, broker, has joined RE/MAX Equity Group Inc. at the Bend Old Mill District branch.

Sarah Natvig has joined The Restaurant at Awbrey Glen in Bend as restaurant manager. She previously worked for the New England Culinary Institute, where she managed its fine-dining restaurant.

Wendy Heath, broker, has joined Brooks Resources Realty in Bend. Heath previously owned and served as president/CEO of a technical training company in Portland. She is a graduate of Portland State University.
