June 20, 1930 – July 12, 2006

Sharon V. Nye, of Bend, died Wednesday of natural causes. She was 76.

Services will be held at 10:30 a.m. Monday at Deschutes Memorial Gardens.

Mrs. Nye was born June 20, 1930, in Southern California. She married William Nye.

Mrs. Nye was a homemaker and worked for the family business. She moved to Bend in the early 1980s. She supported many charities, local businesses, sports teams and 4-H Club projects. She enjoyed watercolor and oil painting and family.

Survivors include four children, 13 grandchildren and nine great-grandchildren, all of Bend.
