Bend Police Department

DUII – Robert Emerson Lambert, 43, was arrested on suspicion of driving under the influence of intoxicants at 9:32 p.m. Sept. 10, in the area of Neff Road and Medical Center Drive.

DUII – Ronald S. Marion, 47, was arrested on suspicion of driving under the influence of intoxicants at 9:39 p.m. Sept. 10, in the area of Third Street and Franklin Avenue.

Theft – A bicycle was reported stolen between 7 p.m. Sept. 9 and 5:30 p.m. Sept. 10, in the area of Northwest Baltimore Avenue.

Theft – A bicycle was reported stolen between 10 p.m. Sept. 9 and 7 a.m. Sept. 10, in the area of Northwest Kingston Avenue.

Theft – A purse was reported stolen between 7:30 and 11:30 p.m. Sept. 10, in the 700 block of Northeast Greenwood Avenue.

Theft – A Schwinn Cruiser bicycle was reported stolen between 9 p.m. Sept. 10 and 6 a.m. Sept. 11, in the area of Northwest Newport Avenue.

Theft – A digital camera and an iPod were reported stolen between noon Sept. 10 and 2 p.m. Sept. 11, in the area of Sawtooth Mountain Lane.

Theft – $4,500 was reported stolen at 3 a.m. Sept. 11 in the area of Northeast Division Street.

Burglary – A burglary was reported at 12:30 a.m. Sept. 11, in the 600 block of Butler Market Road.

Burglary – A pair of diamond earrings was reported stolen between 6 a.m. and 1 p.m. Sept. 11, in the area of Alstrup Road.

Criminal mischief – Damage to a vehicle was reported at 5:57 p.m. Sept. 10, in the area of Southwest Hall Court.

Criminal mischief – Damage to a vehicle was reported at 3:45 p.m. Sept. 10, in the 900 block of Southwest Veterans Way.

Theft – Two bicycles were reported stolen at 2:49 p.m. in the 200 block of Southwest Sixth Street.
