Frank Perry Alexander, of Prineville, died Sunday. He was 85.
A visitation will be held from 2 to 7 p.m. today at Whispering Pines Funeral Home in Prineville. A funeral service will be held at 11 a.m. Thursday at The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-Day Saints in Prineville.
Mr. Alexander was born March 19, 1921, in Wirt, Okla., to Frank and Willie (McKee) Alexander. He married Adrienne See on Nov. 7, 1943, in La Grande.
Mr. Alexander worked as a custodian for Crook County School District. He enjoyed hunting, fishing, camping, watching high school sports and spending time with family.
Survivors include his wife; a son, Robert, of Albany; a daughter, JoAnne Thompson, of Prineville; 11 grandchildren; and 24 great-grandchildren.
He was preceded in death by three brothers, two sisters, a daughter and a grandchild.
Whispering Pines Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements.
