Cascade Healthcare Community, parent company of St. Charles Medical Centers in Bend and Redmond, announced Thursday organizational changes that will result in the departure of two longtime managers.
CEO Jim Diegel told employees Thursday of the company’s plan to combine the positions of vice president of human resources and vice president of organization development into one executive role supervising people resources. That decision means that Lois Vallerga, who has worked at the organization for 27 years, and Jim Dover, who has been employed with the company for 23 years, will be leaving their positions as of Oct. 13.
