Cali A. Deming, of Bend, died Wednesday of cancer. She was 55.

A graveside service will be held at 10 a.m. Tuesday at Pilot Butte Cemetery. A memorial service will be held at 1 p.m. Tuesday at Powell Butte Church.

Mrs. Deming was born June 6, 1951, in Ketchikan, Alaska, to Ralph and Ruth Rofinot. She graduated from high school in Cottage Grove. She married Jim Deming on July 4, 1980, in Lake Tahoe, Nev.

Mrs. Deming was a homemaker. She had also worked in outside sales for a freight company, as a legal secretary and as a real estate agent. She enjoyed camping, spending time in the outdoors and with friends and family, especially her grandchildren.

Survivors include her husband; a son, Cory Landers, of Medford; two stepsons, Justin, of Mt. Vernon, and Travis, of Pendleton; a daughter, Brandee Heath, of Bend; a brother, Robert Rofinot; and seven grandchildren.

She was preceded in death by her parents.

In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to Hospice of Bend-La Pine.
