Beavers, Ducks lock down ’07 schedules

With nonconference games now confirmed, the Oregon Ducks and Oregon State Beavers have posted their complete schedules for the 2007 college football season.
Oregon State this week announced that the Beavers would open the season with back-to-back Thursday night nonconference contests: Aug. 30 versus Utah at Reser Stadium, and Sept. 6 at Cincinnati in a game scheduled to be televised by ESPN.
After a bye week, the Beavers conclude the nonconference portion of their schedule Sept. 15 with a home game against Idaho State.
Oregon State opens Pac-10 Conference play Sept. 22 at Arizona State, where former Beaver head coach Dennis Erickson is the new coach of the Sun Devils.
Oregon’s nonconference schedule features a Sept. 8 game at Michigan. The Ducks are at home for nonconference games against Houston on Sept. 1 and Fresno State on Sept. 15.
The nine-game Pac-10 schedule opens for the Ducks with a road game against Stanford on Sept. 22. Oregon plays one Thursday night game, Nov. 15 at Arizona, which will be televised by ESPN.
Oregon and Oregon State close the regular season Dec. 1 with the annual Civil War game, which this year will be hosted by the Ducks at Autzen Stadium.
