Paula Marie Fogarty, of Bend, died Feb. 3. She was 35.

A memorial service will be held at 10 a.m. Sunday at Aspen Hall in Shevlin Park.

Mrs. Fogarty was born June 26, 1971, in Salt Lake City to Ronald and Penny Chriss. She graduated from the University of Utah in 1997. She married David Fogarty on Sept. 4, 2004.

Mrs. Fogarty worked in the pediatrics unit and in surgical recovery at St. Charles Medical Center. She was a member of the Kai o’pua Canoe Club in Hawaii. She enjoyed yoga, bicycling, skiing and spending time with family and friends. She moved to Bend in 2001.

Survivors include her husband; a daughter, Kindra; and two sisters, Danielle and Tammy, both of Salt Lake City.

Deschutes Memorial Chapel is in charge of arrangements.
