Details: Domino’s Pizza will be the main ground-floor tenant of a new building going up on Yew Lane, about a block from the corner of Wilson Avenue and Third Street in southeast Bend, building owner Gary Clow said.

The second floor of the building will hold 1,740 square feet of leasable office or retail space, with views of the Old Mill District and the Cascades, Clow said.

The building will have a wood-sided look with Northwest colors, Clow said. Domino’s plans to move its current Third Street store into the new building once it’s ready for occupancy in June.
