Local artist Marianne Fellner will be featured on the April 12 edition of ”Oregon Art Beat.”

Fellner creates custom-made leather garments and accessories with a vintage Western flare at the Stellar Ranch in Tumalo. Fashionable and functional, the Stellar Ranch line includes chinks, chaps and other leather treasures.

The program airs on the stations of Oregon Public Broadcasting on Thursday at 8 p.m. and repeats April 21 at 6 p.m.
