Lois Genevieve Irby, of La Pine, died Saturday of natural causes. She was 76.

A graveside service will be held at 3 p.m. Saturday at Fort Rock Cemetery.

Mrs. Irby was born May 1, 1931, in Charles City, Iowa, the daughter of Granville and Genevieve Boatwright. She married James Irby in December 1978 in Reno, Nev.

Mrs. Irby enjoyed card games, flowers, crossword puzzles and Fort Rock history.

Survivors include two sons, Ralph McAllister, of Paisley, and Bruce McAllister, of Kennewick, Wash.; two stepsons, Jim and Jason; a daughter, Barbara Roberts, of Paisley; two brothers, Martin Boatwright, of Rickreall, and Steve Boatwright, of Portland; two sisters, Frances Bennett, of Salem, and Rosemary Ness, of Corvallis; eight grandchildren; and 14 great-grandchildren.

She was preceded in death by her husband.

Memorial contributions may be made to any charity.
