The owners of Cascade Lakes Brewing Co. announced the opening of their fifth restaurant in Bend and Redmond, the Red Dog Depot, which is located in the old Redmond Train Depot, at 3716 S.W. 21st Place. The building, which Cascade Lakes is leasing through the city of Redmond, has gone through a $250,000 interior remodel including a relocated kitchen, new tile, furniture fixtures and an outdoor heated patio for dining, according to co-owner Chris Justema. Cascade Lakes also owns Cascade Lakes Lodge in Bend, Cascade West in Bend, Tumalo Tavern in Tumalo, Seventh Street Brew House in Redmond and a production facility in the Redmond Airport Industrial Park.
