The Ronald McDonald House Charities of Central Oregon will be the recipient of Lowe’s matching gift card program Thursday at Lowe’s in Redmond.

As part of the grand opening festivities, Lowe’s will match the amount of every gift card purchased that day to benefit Bend’s Ronald McDonald House.

“Please spread the word to help us receive the maximum amount of a $5,000 Lowe’s gift card to help us fund our new backyard remodeling project, currently being designed by the Central Oregon Landscape Contractor’s Association,” said Ronald McDonald spokeswoman Patty Davis. “We will need building supplies, new trikes, a basketball hoop and more.”
